Text message reminders
Customers with an EZ Finance premium finance agreement can choose to get payment reminders and account notices by text message. Texts are optional and are never required to get or keep financing.
How to opt in
- When you sign your agreement. Our electronic signing page has an optional, unchecked box. Check it and enter your mobile number.
- In your online account. Sign in at app.ezpremiumfinance.com/my, enter your mobile number under Text reminders, and check the consent box.
- By text. Text START to our number.
- In writing. Sign a text consent form with your agent or with us.
The consent box
This is the exact wording shown on the signing page. The box starts unchecked:
When you check it, we record the date, time, mobile number and how you opted in.
What you’ll receive
- Payment reminders a few days before and on the due date
- Past-due reminders and late charge notices
- Important account notices, such as a notice of intent to cancel for nonpayment
Example: “EZ Finance: Your insurance finance payment of $756.20 is due Nov 28. Questions? (405) 776-3046. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Frequency, cost and hours
Up to 6 messages per month, depending on account activity. Message and data rates may apply. We send texts only between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Central time. No marketing messages are sent.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, or turn them off in your online account. Reply HELP for help, or call (405) 776-3046. Reply START to resubscribe. Opting out of texts does not stop notices we must send by mail or email.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Read our privacy policy and text message terms.
